Scrolling inside notifications dropdown scrolls the main page

When the notifications dropdown is open, scrolling while the cursor is inside the notifications area scrolls the main page instead of the notifications list.

The only way to scroll through the notifications is by dragging the scrollbar inside the notifications panel.
