Verify that the user updating an assignment problem progress is the actual owner of the assignment by fetching the organization member and comparing user IDs.
Update the Dockerfile to use golang:1.24-alpine instead of 1.25. The project currently requires Go 1.24.x, and using 1.25 in the Dockerfile causes issues with echo v5 requirements checking and toolchain upgrades.

UpdateAssignmentProblemProgressto verify that theuserIDmaking the request matches the user ID of the organization member the assignment belongs to.
