Prepared by the fab Instance's meta-layer audit under seed-pattern-sync, published on the Founder's 2026-08-26 ruling for commit fd22545.

Commit 0923736 ("a rule with no checker decays") was prepared 2026-07-26 and never published; the knowledge/ restructure then moved enforcement.md out from under it. This ports its section to knowledge/docs/enforcement.md, adapts vocabulary to Standing Knowledge, and adds the question the doctrine implies to AUTHORING.md's Standing Knowledge review: each new invariant names its checker or declares itself guidance.

Tenant scrub: 54 added lines examined, planted control matched, zero hits (denylist digest 183418c6). Seed doctor: clean.

publish for these exact bytes.
