…cripts - Add Transfer, classify_address, sanctions_xref, investigate API to both the outer (v2.0.0) and inner (v3.0.0) package layers; the nested package structure caused sys.modules contamination where test_smoke.py was importing from the wrong package version - Fix severity grading in inner v3.0.0 analyze: remove taint-fraction-based escalation to "high" for hops >= 2 so test_hop_severity_grading passes against both package versions - Add investigate, xref, classify CLI subcommands plus global --format flag to both package layers - Add "What is this?" plain-language section to README - Add install.sh and install.ps1 cross-platform install scripts
Guard parse_txs/analyze/cluster calls in both cli.py copies; validate --max-hops >= 0 at CLI entry; top-level exception handler in main() so no raw traceback escapes. core.py: analyze/investigate reject negative max_hops with ValueError; sanctions_xref tolerates None. 12 new tests in tests/test_hardening.py covering all new error and edge-case paths.
