- Implement release workflow in `.github/workflows/release.yml` for automated testing, building, and publishing to PyPI and GitHub Releases. - Create `CHANGELOG.md` to document notable changes and adhere to Semantic Versioning. - Update `README.md` for improved installation instructions and usage examples. - Add `RELEASE.md` detailing the release process and prerequisites for publishing. - Enhance `pyproject.toml` with additional metadata, dependencies, and classifiers. - Update version retrieval logic in `logpilot/__init__.py` and `logpilot/cli.py` for better compatibility.
