Updates Go to 1.27.2, golang.org/x/text to 0.43.0, golang.org/x/sys to 0.49.0, and the resolved golang.org/x/sync dependency to 0.24.0. Refreshes the Go container digest, upgrades GoReleaser to 2.18.3 and the Sonarr test image to build ls327, and synchronizes the documented Go requirement.
Validation passed: formatting, go vet, race tests, module checksum verification, govulncheck, container smoke tests, Sonarr/Radarr integration tests, all nine release builds, and Debian/Fedora/Arch package smoke tests. The release snapshot skipped Nix, matching the package CI workflow.
