The remote API added the threeDSPreference parameter ('AUTO'|'FAST') to
/v1.0/create, which PaymentMethodSyncCest correctly flagged as missing.
Adds getter/setter on Payment and passes the value through in
PaymentCreateRequest only when explicitly set.
