Rename melange staged binary from application to incusos-builder when re-pinning the release unit #42

meigma/release 0.1.18 (meigma/release#69) changed the OCI staging contract: release-cli image build now stages each canonical binary under its GoReleaser binary name (work/sources/<arch>/incusos-builder) instead of the fixed application sentinel, and the image verifier requires the entrypoint to name a staged binary.

This repo currently pins unit 0dee66f (0.1.17), whose melange pipeline references the old name:

When re-pinning the release workflows to 0.1.18 (09d6be776ca4a9d533101bae1fbc790fb42050a8) or later, change application to incusos-builder in the same PR, or the OCI build leg fails at the melange step.

Reference migration: the adopt guide documents the by-name contract and migration note as of meigma/release#71; componere/incus-spire-attestor adopted the new contract directly in componere/incus-spire-attestor#21.
