Enhancement: Expanding Player or Playlist window at the bottom of the screen could shift the window up to be visible

I frequently leverage the space next to the dock, at the bottom of the screen to stash the reAmp player.

When the player or playlist is in this location, double-clicking on the player to expand it sees the window expand downwards off the screen:

It would be helpful if the behaviour was different, perhaps:

1. Popping upwards to allow the full window to be seen, and returning to the previous location when minimised again?
2. Expanding upwards instead of downwards, inverting the window expansion behaviour on the Y axis?
3. Something else?
