How can I customize the color and chromosome order of the plot that odp_nway_rbh output?

I have successfully run odp_nway_rbh and obtained the results. However, I want to customize the color and chromosome order of the image. How can I customize the drawing directly through the XXX.filt.unwrapped.rbh file in step 3 of odp_nway_rbh, or how can I modify the odp_nway_rbh script, or are there any other solutions?
