Thank you for making this fantastic tool! I have made a Ribbon Diagram using odp. There are two plots in the figure: (1) p<=0.05 RBH results (RBH-gene-coords) and (2) p<=0.05 RBH results (Chr-coords). I was wondering what the difference is between these two plots? I could see RBH-gene-coords has longer syntenic blocks than Chr-coords. But I'm not sure how the coordinates in the reciprocal_best_hits.plotted.rbh file were used differently.
