Incompatible Expo clipboard major bump

High Severity

expo-clipboard jumps to the SDK 58 major while expo and the other Expo modules stay on SDK 57. Version 58.0.3 rebuilds native artifacts for an expo-modules-jsi 58 ABI break, so the clipboard module no longer matches this app's native runtime and can fail to load for copy actions.
