Overview
Bumps expo-router from ~57.0.19 to ~58.0.21 in apps/mobile and refreshes package-lock.json, including a nested apps/mobile/node_modules tree for Router 58 and its transitive packages (e.g. expo-constants@58, @expo/metro-runtime@58, react-native-screens@4.30.0).

The mobile app still pins Expo SDK 57 for expo, expo-linking, and related modules while Router moves to the 58 line—no application source changes in this PR. Navigation continues to use the usual Stack, router, and hooks from expo-router under apps/mobile/src/app/.

Reviewers should smoke-test routing, tabs, deep links, and drawer/stack flows after merge, since 58.x includes navigation behavior fixes, iOS header changes, and stricter peer expectations than 57.x.

Incompatible expo-router SDK upgrade

High Severity

This bump puts expo-router 58 on an Expo SDK 57 app. Router 58 requires SDK 58 peers (expo-constants ^58, expo-linking ^58, react-native-screens ^4.30) and RN 0.88, but the app still pins expo 57, expo-linking 57, react-native-screens 4.26, and RN 0.86. The lockfile nested a second incompatible tree, so navigation can fail at runtime.
