[SDK BUG] Legion Go 2 Fan speed at max speed with no load

The fan ramps up to maximum speed even under minimal load. This happens roughly every five minutes (or possibly more frequently).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install GoTweaks V15.2
