Some bugs with V15

I have Lenovo Legion Go.

1. AMD features not working:
   The color settings show values ​​of 0 and nothing changes when i move the sliders. RSR not working and others options too.
2. Custom TDP is always 25 after i reboot Windows, no matter what I set before the reboot.
3. In new Quick Widget Stats, CPU temperature and load not working (shows 0)

On V14.1 there is no issues with 1 and 2.

There are also issue that have been present for a long time, not only in V15:
The vibration and controllers LED settings only work when enabled in Legion Space. If I disable vibration and LED in Space, the settings in Go Tweaks no longer work. Also this settings not saving and resets to default after reboot.

On my end, the custom TDP mods are deleted and I have to recreate them after each reboot.

Oh, i'm sorry. There a new issue appears. Fan Curve not working at all. Does not respond to changes.

@BigBoss0674 Tracking this issue, there was a regression. Working on reverting to previous behavior. Fan curve byte layout is finicky 😁
