IDEA: Can we zoom in on a molecule in cellVIEW and then open it in PMV, Chimera or other viewer? That would be spectacular.

ISSUE: Accidentally resized Recipe View root to 30 instead of 300 - could not fix. Had to reload. No big deal

REQUEST: When I uploaded the gpu file that I had saved and did not yet open the Data Directory structure files, the geometries and beads were not displayed. After I uploaded the Data Directory files, I could see everything. Maybe can show geometries and beads in the recipe without having to upload Data Directory?

BUG: if I click through structures using "Next Ingredient" button very quickly, sometimes when it stops the Viewer shows 2 structures superimposed on one another.

BUG: using "label" column in table to record names, but they keep being overwritten when I select the ingredient. Very hard to keep track.

BUG: sometimes after creating beads and moving on, when I go back to look again the beads are wrong - looks like they came from a different structure. Often the same beads appear several times in a row when selecting ingredients.

BUG: 1B64 is NMR structure. Model 0 was automatically selected (yay!) but Viewer still showed all overlapping models (boo). Selected Model 1, and OK. Then selected Model 0, OK. So easy fix - no big deal.

ISSUE: Rpl12 subunit :t is selected, but is not visible when ingredient is selected. "Center Camera" fixes this, but would be better if it happened automatically. Otherwise, it looks like there's nothing there.

BUG: I select a subunit, then build geometry and beads, then go to the next ingredient. When I come back to look at it, the beads and geometry are in the wrong place.

BUG: Sometimes still having trouble with beads being placed in the correct place. But if I go to another ingredient and come back, it usually works the second time.
