I see one issue with the CSS where the submit button overlaps with the buttons underneath. Otherwise LGTM!

Thanks, that was being caused by an absolute position. It seemed to only affect smaller screen sizes |

I made a commit to fix a couple of other small issues that I saw - once this passes CI I think it's good to merge. |
