We build open-source TypeScript libraries for healthcare data. Fourteen are on npm at 0.1, the first release line whose public API we treat as settled. They cover HL7 v2, MLLP, FHIR R4, C-CDA, X12, NCPDP, ASTM and DICOM, plus terminology, HL7 v2 to FHIR conversion, de-identification, synthetic test data, dates and a command line.
npm install @cosyte/hl7Each library installs on its own: swap hl7 for any name in the table. All fourteen are MIT licensed
and need Node.js 22 or newer (@cosyte/cli accepts 22 through 25).
