Give the adversarial edge long-transaction test an explicit 15-second budget. The test intentionally holds a SQLite writer while the full Vitest pool runs multi-process stress tests; the prior generic 5-second harness budget failed on a loaded macOS runner without a coordinator error. Targeted edge and local coordinator suites pass together locally.
