Summary

Large CLI results could be truncated at 64 KiB even when the process returned success. Let Node drain stdout before exit so downstream consumers receive the complete JSON.

 console.log(JSON.stringify(result, null, 2));
-process.exit(result.status === "error" ? 2 : 0);
+process.exitCode = result.status === "error" ? 2 : 0;

The existing release skill gains a small helper that reads the repository's configured public Supabase variables privately into the check process, preserving logs and exit codes.

Evidence

  • Before: the real CLI large-result regression failed because stdout was truncated.
  • After: the complete JSON and final sentinel are retained for a result larger than 200 KB. All 241 tests and 11 project checks passed; the separately configured security batch passed RLS and anonymous-access checks on 92 tables. No allowlist or lint rules changed.
  • Local tests use loopback fixtures; no model inference or builder calls are required.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Blast Radius: CLI

The process drains pending output before terminating. Exit-code semantics remain the same; there are no schema changes.
