The marketplace page still showed zero runtimes for qualified solution packages and suggested generic prompt/MCP installation, even though the public API and portable archives were correctly scoped. The page and API now share the same source/archive-bound evidence loader and select the registry's exact latest version.

Packages qualified with the source-state or local-model runner show their exact evaluated environment, complete ZIP, signature links and setup/source-upload consent. Prompt inspection, arbitrary MCP access and historical versions no longer inherit the current evaluation. The preview lists only supported runtimes and never invents universal support; empty-runtime preflight is handled without a crash.

Validation: the UI/shared-loader change passed 333 tests and all 12 project/security checks with unchanged allowlists. Real React SSR tests cover source-state and local-model bundle instructions, consent and unsupported/partial declarations. The reusable canonical/alias version probe adds two passing regressions and passed the real two-host 0.7.0 routing check. No immutable package, original adversarial case, threshold or model binding changed; no new model inference occurred. The existing 0.1.31 archives remain 4/4 verified (136 exact files and four Ed25519 signatures), and all 21 individual skill endpoints remain verified. Post-deployment visual and public verification of this UI change is still required.
