Login issue - verify via browser

Hi there, I'm trying to play with your app to see how it works, however when I try to connect to Jira, I get the following message:

Any ideas how I can resolve this? Thanks!

EDIT: just to clarify, the domain is correct, as are the user credentials. I'm logged in to Jira on Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Just add RCLog(error) and you will get an error like this:

I identified from experiments that code 1 is one of the suggested errors, i get the captcha error every time i change my password, but you said is working fine in browser so it must be something else.

I downloaded the app from the app store, but I'll try compiling later to see what the error is.

Hi @lvl99,

I've faced the issue, it could be due to your type of authentication on Jira. If you're logged via SSO, your account is only available via your SSO provider.

I would ask for a support of the authentication with google auth :)

@filipef101 Hi, would you be able to compile the app and see what the error message is in the debugger? I know of only 2 cases, timeout or authentication denied (either wrong credentials either captcha which must be fixed in browser) I usually do a logout and login in browser to solve the captcha.
Latest development version is in the branch "projects"

So, yeah, forgot to reply, solution is to get and auth token from atlassian and use it as password
