checkout v7, setup-go v6, goreleaser-action v7, all Node 24. The goreleaser step only runs on tag push, so the next release is its live verification.

checkout v4 to v7, setup-go v5 to v6, goreleaser-action v6 to v7 (all Node 24, drop-in for these workflows: no fork-PR checkout under pull_request_target, no custom inputs affected). The CI run on this PR exercises checkout and setup-go; the goreleaser step only runs on tag push, so the next release verifies it live.
