Mark the package Production/Stable. Replace the free-text license field and License classifier with a PEP 639 license expression (LGPL-3.0-or-later OR LicenseRef-Commercial) and ship both LICENSE and COMMERCIAL.md as license files. Requires setuptools 77. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Marks the package Production/Stable and declares the dual license the way PyPI now renders it.
The free-text
licensefield and theLicense ::classifier are replaced by a PEP 639 license expression,LGPL-3.0-or-later OR LicenseRef-Commercial, with bothLICENSEandCOMMERCIAL.mdshipped as license files. PyPI then shows the expression and links the license texts instead of only the classifier string. This needs setuptools 77, so the build requirement is raised; the redundantwheelentry is dropped.Verified by building the wheel locally:
Metadata-Version: 2.4,License-Expression: LGPL-3.0-or-later OR LicenseRef-Commercial, both files underdist-info/licenses/.The change appears on PyPI with the next release.
