List the ESP32, Arduino and C++ SDKs in the README - #19

The documentation table, the sub-path mapping and the related-repositories list only covered the hardware wallet, the two CLIs and the Python SDK. Add the three embedded SDK sites, which have been published for months. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The README documentation table, sub-path mapping and related-repositories list omitted cryptnox-sdk-esp32, cryptnox-sdk-arduino and cryptnox-sdk-cpp, all three published at docs.cryptnox.com for months. This adds them.
Split out of #18 so it does not wait on the cryptnox-readers move; the readers row stays in #18, which will need a rebase after this merges.
