This the first release of Csound for PD as a separate package from the main Csound releases.
The main additions are a collection of examples, plus build scripts that will look for an installed Csound library when compiling the Pd external.

NB: this external should work with any version of Csound 6.x The pre-compiled MacOS binaries require a Csound installation (separate).
