feat: add Activity Feed Widget (#83)

Summary

• Implemented a new Activity Feed Widget that fetches recent GitHub events.
• Registered the widget in widgets.js.
• Added it to the WIDGETS array in index.html so it appears in the UI.

Changes Made

1. Created api/activityFeedWidget.js for fetching GitHub events.
2. Updated lib/widgets.js to register the widget.
3. Updated index.html to include the Activity Feed option.

Testing

• Ran locally with npm start.
• Verified that the Activity Feed option appears in the widget list.
• Confirmed preview loads and embed code includes widget=activity.
