Fix activity pagination to preserve native Substack ranking, tolerate grouped items newer than the request cursor, and validate actual next-cursor advancement. Bumps SDK to 0.3.14. Verification: 109 tests pass, typecheck passes, SDK build passes, and git diff --check passes.
