Fixes cyrozap#1 and changes/adds tests for unicode/non unicode strings.
Considering an attribute like this UNC path:
```{text}
ATTRIBUTE COMPONENT "ComponentLinkUrl" "\\foo\bar\baz\"
```
The last backslash should not become a quotation mark.
