Spin off $add -z --tag to client side javascript

I think it makes more sense to let the client do their own searches to VocaDB (by tag, or anything else) in the browser. This way adding is more natural (added by is the user who searched for the song instead of Yukari), and adding limitations (number of video adds, max length, add next, etc) is enforced through Cytube.

How would this work? Would yuk receive the add, then send a command to client js to do work? Or would you just have it be pure clientside (detect keyword in chat, do work)?

Yukari will be completely independent from the search feature. Clients will directly query VDB (the web API has https and CORS support). UI wise I was thinking of it being an extension of the Cytube search.

It probably isn't worth it to make it as complete as it is on the actual site, http://vocadb.net/Search?filter=39&searchType=Song but basics such as title/tag/artist will be useful.

The search by title has been complete for a while.
I never finished adding by Artist or by Tag. I'm not sure how the UI should look like.
