Add KFS 4 to KFS X to the RNCP 7 UNIX block

Adds KFS 4 to KFS X to the RNCP 7 UNIX block in 7-sec.json.

The website intentionally hides KFS4 to KFS10.
Only the first three count towards the RNCP and when the KFS3 project is done, the full block experience is obtained so no more projects are needed.

However I see it can help someone calculate their XP towards level 21.
What do you think?

That's understandable as reasoning way.
All the 10 kfs count toward the RNCP as I understand from intra's documentation.
Personally, I only do kfs-3 and kfs-4 (just because I wanted to, no real reason) and that's enough for the RNCP 7.
It's a small edge case though.
