Tiles Can Not Be Resized; Removed; Rearranged

In the version previous to current version 4.4.0 you could resize the tiles on the main screen.
You could also rearrange them and/or remove them from the main screen.
In version 4.4.0 I don't see how any of that can be done.
Am I missing something or were these features removed from version 4.4.0?

If removed, any possibility of bringing them back?

Forgot to mention that I'm running this version on my desktop using Windows10 Pro.
