Welcome to the SANH_BGCsetup wiki!
This wiki will detail the steps needed to set up the biogeochemistry components for ERSEM that will enable you to run the full experiment for the SANH configuration. The instructions are designed for use on the ARCHER HPC, however they can be modified to be used anywhere.
This set up is a companion of the SANH Physics Repository, which details the the set up for the physics components of the experiment.
