* build with msvc * Allocated memory that's return to CLR must be allocated with CoTaskMemAlloc. * Implement a custom version of asprintf in Windows.
This enables MacOS builds, as well as adds instructions to do so.

This enables MacOS builds, as well as adds instructions to do so.
This PR depends on #1, for now, I'm letting those commits at this branch as well, please tell me if it would be better to remove it.
