文档：完成全项目工程体检

范围

这是基于 feature/subtitle-auto-workflow 当前代码基线的只读工程体检 PR，只包含审计文档、Codemap 产物和 Sonar 本地扫描配置；没有修改 app、scripts、tests、数据库 Schema 或真实数据。

产物

• PROJECT_AUDIT.md：综合健康度、架构、Sonar 指标、P0-P3、Top 10、删除候选、暂时不要动和分轮路线图
• .codemap/codemap.html / codemap.md / modules.json：13 个功能模块独立评分与依赖图
• sonar-project.properties：可复用本地扫描配置
• DEVELOPMENT_LOG.md / NEXT_STEPS.md：记录审计结论并等待整改确认

关键结论

• 综合健康度 59/100，成熟度为可用 V1
• Codemap 13/13 fresh，平均 62.6；Publish Center 52、Transcription 58、Pipeline Queue 58 为最低模块
• SonarQube：38,963 ncloc，29 Bugs，2 Vulnerabilities，0 Hotspots，479 Code Smells，0.2% Duplication，维护性 A、可靠性 C、安全性 D
• P0：测试环境误指活动库时可整表删除；活动库已有 17 条外键违规；永久删除无法随数据库 rollback 恢复文件

验证

• pytest：500 passed，9 warnings（显式临时 test_workflow.sqlite3）
• JUnit：500 passed
• Ruff lint、Python compileall、Node JS check、PowerShell Parser、Docker Compose config、pip check 均通过
• Ruff format check：105 files would be reformatted，本轮未格式化
• Codemap：13/13 fresh，needs_audit=0
• Secret 扫描：0 命中；test-results.xml 与 Sonar/Coverage 临时产物均未跟踪

说明

本 PR 特意以 feature/subtitle-auto-workflow 为 base，确保审计只覆盖并附着于实际受审计代码，不把尚未进入该分支的其他改动混入。完成审阅后请先确认 PROJECT_AUDIT.md 的整改顺序；本 PR 不开始整改，也不自动合并。
