Thanks for sharing this code, so far, MAMBA runs like a charm. I read the paper and now I'm looking for the MAMBA-est method. Can I already find it here, will it appear here?

MAMBA-est is the same method, except we ignore the LD between SNPs. So MAMBA-est would be applying the same functions, but ignoring the clumping/pruning step.
Technically, the method assumes that the SNPs included in your model are independent, but we still had good results even when LD was ignored. The use case for MAMBA-est would be if you wanted the MAMBA effect sizes for all SNPs so you can pass them to some downstream analyses.
