Site-only bump for npm 0.6.1 (released 2026-09-15). No harness or package changes.

• Version — Current npm 0.6.1 everywhere on site/ (llms.txt, changelog links on homepage/about/docs). Supported line stays 0.6.x. No leftover 0.6.0 as current.
• Frozen plant-block — How-it-works copy now notes that after each visit the harness restores frozen specs and removes any frozen basename a worker planted (e.g. setup.sh) so it cannot carry into the next run.
• models.dev pricing — Spend FAQ (HTML, markdown, JSON-LD) adds a short beat: OpenCode Go and Cline Pass model lists and list prices from models.dev; unknown well-formed slugs soft-gate (warn at start, $0 until priced); budget caps still reject unpriced worker or escalate models.

Tests
