- Convert 17 recipe files from .recipe to .cook format
- Use Cooklang syntax for ingredients (@ingredient{qty%unit})
- Use Cooklang syntax for cookware (#cookware{})
- Use Cooklang syntax for timers (~{time%unit})
- Add metadata using >> prefix for title, tags, description, source
- Add comments using -- prefix for tips and notes
- Use == headers == for sections
