Summary
Promotes the web-observability work to the physically validated v0.4.6 RC.
This PR adds the browser status/AP/session UI and the associated radio/storage hardening while preserving BandiC5's active-scout behavior.
v0.4.6 RC fixes
Two peak-heap fixes were validated on physical ESP32-C5 hardware:
esp_wifi_scan_get_ap_record()instead of allocating a second array sized to the full AP result set. These changes restore safe internal-RAM headroom while the TF/FAT stack, uplink, HTTP server, mDNS, and dense dual-band scanning are all active.
Physical validation
Validated on real Waveshare ESP32-C5-LCD-1.47 hardware with the clean PR #4 build at:
acc37b24efde4fb1da173d1b7255e39cda93e922Test sequence passed:
No Wi-Fi OOM or FAT/VFS
ESP_ERR_NO_MEMrecurrence was observed.Notes
