feat: ChatGPT plan sign-in and notes (Beta) — v0.1.10

Summary

• Add an opt-in ChatGPT plan (Beta) provider for note generation and enhancement through the official local Codex App Server. Existing API providers remain available; the OpenAI API option is clearly labeled separately, with no automatic paid-API fallback.
• Add browser sign-in, device-code fallback, cancellation, sign-out, persisted account restoration, model discovery, and available plan-usage/reset information. Require an installed Codex CLI 0.155.1 or later, with auto-detection and manual executable selection.
• Isolate Seminarly's Codex profile and Keychain credentials. Use independent ephemeral generation processes, restricted permissions, disabled tools/integrations, structured output, cancellation, and sanitized errors; only completed final responses can become notes.
• Document setup, privacy boundaries, compatibility, and remaining Beta checks. Bump the app to 0.1.10 (11).

Verification

• Full macOS suite: 441 tests passed, 0 failures.
• Packaging signing-identity helper tests passed.
• Actual no-login protocol/isolation smoke passed with Codex 0.155.1 and 0.156.1.
• Browser sign-in completed in Seminarly with Codex 0.156.1.
• A new production-provider process reused the persisted Seminarly sign-in and generated valid Traditional Chinese structured notes from a short fictional transcript, without an API key or changes to the meeting database.
• Offline coverage for auth races, pagination, framing, timeout/process exit, cancellation, logout failures, independent generations, tool refusal, restricted permissions, quota errors, and partial-response rejection.
• Universal release archive 0.1.10 (11), with Apple Silicon and Intel app/CLI binaries.
• App and embedded CLI Developer ID signatures and hardened runtime verified. Apple notarization accepted; DMG ticket stapled, image checksum verified, and app/DMG accepted by Gatekeeper.

Beta scope

App Server is experimental. Real device-code login, full app-relaunch restoration, real logout isolation/quota exhaustion, managed-workspace restrictions, and Intel runtime behavior remain follow-up validation items. OpenAI production-support/terms confirmation remains required before removing the Beta designation. Seminarly does not bundle or redistribute Codex.

Refs #33 — implements the Beta phase; keep the issue open for its remaining GA/validation criteria.
