feat(chatgpt): self-contained sign-in for v0.1.11

Summary

• Make ChatGPT sign-in self-contained by bundling the pinned official standalone App Server, with checksum verification, architecture checks, license notices, hardened runtime, and an app-owned signing identifier.
• Remove external executable discovery and installation controls. Simplify the settings to one primary sign-in action, with automatic model selection and expandable optional controls.
• Preserve the existing private profile and Keychain sign-in. Allow time for upgrade permission prompts and cancellation before the browser URL arrives.
• Add runtime/package regression tests and release validation; bump the app to 0.1.11 (12).

Related to #33. The provider remains Beta; this does not close the remaining live authentication, quota, managed-workspace, or Intel-runtime validation work.

Verification

• Full macOS suite: 448 tests, zero failures.
• Offline signing-identity and ChatGPT-runtime packaging tests passed.
• Actual Developer ID-signed bundled helper: isolated protocol/privacy smoke passed without external developer tools.
• Existing saved sign-in restoration and live Traditional Chinese note generation passed on Apple Silicon with a synthetic transcript; no meeting database was accessed.
• Universal v0.1.11 DMG: nested signatures verified, Apple notarization accepted, ticket stapled, Gatekeeper passed, and mounted installer contents checked.
