Bump Seminarly to 0.1.13 (build 14) so users can receive the background-recording fix merged in #39. Closing or minimizing the window keeps the recording active; reopening the window reconnects to it, and the menu bar exposes pause, resume, and stop controls.

RecordingSessionTestspassed on the release branch. The release process builds Developer ID-signed, notarized Apple Silicon, Intel, and universal installers, plus signed update feeds and patches from v0.1.12.
