Summary

  • Resolve merge conflicts in reconscript/core.py and refresh typing to align with the rest of the codebase
  • Rebuild the Flask UI to avoid consent and secret-file dependencies while keeping the public UI toggle
  • Remove bundled developer keys, update documentation, and clean helper scripts to expect environment-provided secrets
