- ort 2.0.0-rc.11 -> rc.12: Error is now generic over a non-Send builder
  type, so it no longer converts into anyhow::Error via `?`. Add an
  `ort_err()` helper and map each ort call site through it.
- symphonia 0.5 -> 0.6: rewrite the decode path for the reworked API
  (probe()/first_track_known_codec/make_audio_decoder, next_packet now
  returns Ok(None) at EOF, packet.track_id is a field, and
  copy_to_vec_interleaved replaces SampleBuffer).
- rubato 0.14 -> 3.0: SincFixedIn -> Async::new_sinc with FixedAsync::Input;
  I/O now goes through audioadapter (InterleavedSlice in, InterleavedOwned
  out via take_data). Uses rubato's re-exported audioadapter_buffers, so no
  new direct dependency.
- cargo update for in-semver bumps (clap 4.6.1, serde_json 1.0.150, etc.).

Cross-runtime parity preserved (beat diff 0.000005); decode and resample
parity verified (580 beats / 145 downbeats, including the 44.1k->22.05k
resample path). fmt/clippy/test all green.
