README Doesn't properly describe that it you might need to use --no-sync with uv run to avoid uv automatically "updating" torch to a hardware incompatible version.

Wrong

uv sync
uv pip install torch torchvision --torch-backend=auto --reinstall
uv run fb_predict ...

Correct

uv sync
uv pip install torch torchvision --torch-backend=auto --reinstall
uv run --no-sync fb_predict ...

NOTE: Unfortunately I am not able to reliable test this issue since it is hardware specific.

I think that if we bumb the torch dependency to >=2.11 many of these issues will resolve themselves!
