The Lint (ruff) GitHub Actions job failed because ruff format --check detected formatting drift across multiple Python modules and tests. This PR aligns those files with the repository’s Ruff formatting rules to restore CI pass conditions for the lint stage.

  • Root cause addressed: Ruff format drift

    • Updated the exact files flagged by the failing job (12 total) with formatter-only edits.
    • No behavioral or API changes; changes are limited to line wrapping, argument layout, and whitespace normalization.
  • Scope of changes

    • src/cairn/** formatting cleanup in affected modules (flight, db, cli, adapters, console).
    • tests/** formatting cleanup in affected qualification/property tests.
    • scripts/** formatting cleanup in affected gate script.
  • Representative change

    # before
    current_map = flight_db.current_derivations(
        pool, namespace_id=spec.namespace_id, keys=[work]
    )

    # after
    current_map = flight_db.current_derivations(pool, namespace_id=spec.namespace_id, keys=[work])
