The current star history chart is broken because the previous endpoint relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which no longer works reliably. Switch the chart and its link to the working star history endpoint so the chart renders again.

The star history chart at the bottom of the README is currently broken because the previous service depends on the GitHub stargazer API, which is no longer usable. This switches the chart and its link to a working alternative so the chart displays correctly again.
