- Add rudimentary dependency installation instructions via Homebrew
- Separate system include directories from own directories
- Adapt stray linux/limits.h include
so common header names like event.h and types.h in this source are found
Not sure whether binreloc is needed there, though.

Did not cause any error, the TTF and IMAGE includes are identical anyway
