Summary

  • add layered always-on, path-specific, and task-scoped Windows PowerShell guidance
  • add remote-freshness preflights and downstream delivery coverage
  • prepare the 0.4.0 template release with ADR 0003

Validation

  • powershell.exe -NoProfile -File .\scripts\Invoke-RepoChecks.ps1 -IncludeTemplates
  • 80 Pester tests passed
