Unable to create Event Provider with CLI

Hello.

I am trying to create the event listener with the command in the readme, but AIO doesn't seem to recognize it, am I doing it incorrectly?

For reference:
Readme:
aio event provider create --name "Agency Asset Sync Events" --description "Events for AEM asset synchronization"

Results from CLI:

This actually came from the agency side, but I can't open issues on the agency repo
